Pro makes sense when you want your own domain, no Zurvey branding, reusable brand settings, 30 GB of storage with files up to 1 GB, more AI generations and instant emails, or up to 5 people in one workspace.

Yes. Free includes unlimited forms and responses under fair use, conditional logic, both layouts and core integrations. Storage and AI generation have included limits.

Pro costs $9/month, or $90/year paid upfront. One subscription covers one workspace, and a Pro workspace can have up to 5 members in total. You subscribe, manage payment methods and cancel from the billing page in the app; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Taxes and final totals are shown at checkout.

There’s no commercial cap on forms, questions or responses, and no paywall that switches on at a number of responses. Very high sustained volume, such as more than 50,000 valid responses a month for three consecutive months, can trigger a capacity review. That review is a conversation, not a block on the next response or an automatic charge. Storage, file size, AI generations and instant emails have the limits shown in the table.

Choose from 30 languages for your form’s interface. Write your questions in the language you need. Zurvey does not automatically translate your content or responses.

Yes, on both plans. Connect Google Drive and choose a folder as the destination for uploaded files. Files saved to Drive use your Google storage, and the plan’s maximum file size still applies. If Drive is disconnected, full or unavailable, Zurvey keeps new files in your Zurvey storage when there’s space and lets you know, then moves them once Drive is back.

Payment fields need your own connected Stripe or PayPal account, on Free or Pro. The provider’s processing fees and terms apply, and Zurvey adds no commission of its own. Payments collected in your forms are between you and the people paying.

If no owner or editor signs in and works in a Free workspace for 24 months, its responses and uploaded files are deleted, even if the forms kept receiving responses. We email reminders 60, 30 and 7 days before. The forms are closed, but your account and form structure stay as drafts, and files already saved in your Google Drive are not deleted.

You’ll see how much storage you use and the new limit, and you get a 30-day period to sort things out. You keep access to download, delete or move your files, and new uploads that would add to the excess are paused. There’s no automatic deletion when that period ends.
